Investor Ombudsman
To emphasise governance for our investors, a dedicated Investor Ombudsman acts on their behalf. The Investor Ombudsman sits within the Board of Directors of Nordkinn, to ensure full insight and ability to influence.
The Investor Ombudsman has the responsibility to be our investors’ access point and voice vis-à-vis Nordkinn and our Board of Directors, including monitoring that Nordkinn is truly run in the best interest of our investors.
Karin Söderqvist Lindoff Acting Investor Ombudsman and independent board member of Nordkinn since 2023. With an industry experience of more than 30 years, Mrs. Söderqvist Lindoff brings a specific wealth management perspective into Nordkinn. Mrs. Söderqvist Lindoff former positions include Head of Private Banking at Carnegie Sweden, Deputy Head of Private Banking at Swedbank, Head of Private Clients SEB, Portfolio Manager at SEB Enskilda, as well as Analyst at Swedish Ministry of Finance. Besides Nordkinn, Mrs. Söderqvist Lindoff sits on the board of Länsförsäkringar Södermanland and is an entrepreneur within the bicycle industry. Mrs. Söderqvist Lindoff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from Stockholm University.
