Hua Li is Systems Analyst at Nordkinn. Dr. Li has been involved in the asset management industry since 2018, most recently holding positions as quantitative analyst at Nordkinn as well as DnB Asset Management.
Dr. Li received a PhD in Physics (Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics) from Boston College ITS in 2016. Kjetil Høyland is Investment Strategist at Nordkinn. Prior to joining Nordkinn, Dr. Høyland was Chief Strategist at Nordea Asset Management in Norway. Dr. Høyland has more than 20 years of investment experience, including roles such as deputy CIO at Gjensidige Forsikring and senior portfolio manager at Norwegian Banks Guarantee Fund and the Government Pension Fund Norway.
Dr. Høyland received a PhD in Corporate Finance (Asset Liability for a Life Insurance Company) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 1998. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.Nordkinn Asset Management
Marcus Söderberg is Investment Strategist at Nordkinn. Mr. Söderberg has been involved in the Fixed Income markets since 1997. Before joining Nordkinn, Mr. Söderberg spent 16 years at Danske Bank, where he held the position as Senior Fixed Income Strategist. Mr. Söderberg’s background also includes Risk Analyst positions at Nordea and the Central Bank of Sweden.

Philip Tham Rydén is Head of Investor Relations at Nordkinn. Mr. Tham Rydén has been involved in the asset management industry since 2007. Prior to joining Nordkinn, he spent three years at Heptagon Capital, focusing on alternative investment solutions for institutional investors. Between 2012 – 2014, Mr. Tham Rydén was the CEO of Vontobel Asset Management Nordic Branch and prior to that he spent five years at Harcourt Investment Consulting AG, to support business development as well as research on Nordic based hedge funds.

Tom Farmen is Head of Risk Allocations at Nordkinn and one of the founding partners. Prior to Nordkinn, Dr. Farmen held the position as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Cash Management at the Central Bank of Norway where he managed the most liquid part of the FX reserves. Dr. Farmen started his career as a portfolio manager at NBIM (Norges Bank Investment Management) where he managed several of the fund’s fixed income portfolios.
Dr. Farmen received a PhD in Corporate Finance (Credit risk and investment strategies) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2006. He also holds a B.Sc. degree in Finance and Marketing from Strathclyde University in Scotland (1999), a Master’s Degree (International) from Griffith University in Australia (2000) and a B.Sc. degree in Political Science from Oslo University (2013).Byraa1 administrator
