Nordkinn Asset Management AB (“the Company”) deals with personal information that is provided by yourself or any information obtained elsewhere. Processing of personal data is done in order for the Company to be able to fulfil the entered into, in order for the Company to take the actions you requested before or after the agreement has been reached, for administrative purposes and for the Company to be able to fulfil certain legal obligations.

Personal data can sometimes be disclosed or retrieved from other companies working with the Company, for example, our fund administrator. Please refer to our key external vendors for further information regarding this.
In some cases, the Company is also required by law to provide information, for example, to Finansinspektionen or Skatteverket. In order to maintain good customer and registry care, the Company may supplement personal data with information from private and public records, such as updating address details, etc.
